The Phoenix Organ

Worship

The organ was built by Phoenix Organs, a UK firm specialising in classical digital organs. It has a fine three manual illuminated tab console and a case with fine bright pipes at the front. The case was built by Renatus (Bideford Devon). The tonal scheme has been arrived at in consultation with the Organist and Phoenix Staff. The Solo division (playable on the Grande Orgue and Positif ) includes a Regal en Chamade. The organ was installed in August 2005. The opening concert was given by David Briggs on Wednesday September 21st 2005.
